General Information for Custom Computers

1) There are unlimited configuration possibilities, and computers can be tailored to customers needs and likes, including

    cases and all internal components.

2) Systems come with OpenOffice.org pre-installed. This free program is compatible & interchangeable with Microsoft Word,

    Excel, & PowerPoint (can open, revise, initiate, documents in either).

3) Systems include Trend Micro Internet Security with one year of live updates.

4) Older software and/or accessories (printers, scanners, etc) may not work with Windows 7, especially the 64-bit version.

5) Customer owned software that is compatible with Windows 7 will be installed prior to delivery or pick-up

    (if requested and disks are supplied).

6) Other software can be purchased and installed prior to delivery or pick-up at additional cost.

7) Accessories such as monitors, printers or all in one machines can also be purchased and installed prior to delivery or pick-up.

8) Use of a battery back-up/surge protector, with automatic shutdown software, is highly recommended, especially for computers

    set for automatic back-up of files during continuous over night operation of the computer. This equipment can be

    installed and provided if desired.

9) Cables required by customer (HDMI, VGA, Audio, USB, Ps/2, etc, including extension cables for any of the foregoing), can be

    supplied at very competitive prices.

10) Delivery, set-up, training, and file transfer services are also offered on a time and material basis (estimates provided upon request).

11) Custom computers are warranted by BobCurley.com for one year on parts & labor. Additional manufacturer's hardware

      warranty may apply for some components.

12) A specification sheet, and other hardware documentation, is supplied with all custom computers.

13) Computers can be built with operating systems other than Windows 7 (XP, Vista) if desired.

14) The original certified Microsoft Windows 7 (or other operating system) disk is supplied with the computer as are

      any other relevant program disks.
